Japanese Toyota decided to note start of the European monocup of Toyota GT of 86 Cup intended for owners of a rear-wheel sport car, its limited GT 86 Cup Edition specialversion.
Registration of special Toyotas GT 86 imitates appearance of the racing GT 86 CS-V3 constructed by the German sports office of Toyota — Toyota Motorsport GmbH (TMG). All 86 copies of a novelty will be sold in the European market.
Toyota 86 GT Cup Edition will receive the 18-inch cast disks OZ Racing, sports tires Pirelli P Zero Nero GT of dimension 225/40, badges and stickers, as at the GT 86 CS-V3 racing car, and also a windshield rack, a forward spoiler and a back diffuzor of black color.
In salon there was a sports steering wheel trimmed alkantary, the Cup Edition badges on the dashboard and a board from opaque aluminum on the central console with the indication of individual number of the car in the specialversion.
The power unit remained without changes. The model is still equipped with the 200 horsepowers two-liter opposite four-cylinder motor.
Special GT 86 Cup Edition will add 2 860 euros (3 695 dollars) to the cost of a basic compartment. In this price are included two VIP of the ticket for one of arrivals of Toyota GT of 86 Cup on the Nurnburgring, transfers Motorauthority.
