In spite of the fact that every year Mercedes-Benz increases sales of the S-class more and more, no other car of the company possesses such powerful importance for a brand, as an E-class. As well as in a case with BMW of 3 series, any changes in an E-class should become with care, as public at model veryexacting and quite conservative.
Mercedes-Benz prepares for start of campaign of "Real Design Revolution" in 2014, with release of the models which have passed restyling of a range of C-and S-classes. It seems that time for considerable transformation and an E-class now came. Changes are urged to make the car at the same time more elegant and more technologically advanced.
As to design, forward and back parts of a body of the car will undergo considerable changes and, on hearings, from present generation there is only a roof, forward doors and windows.
That to technologies, the new E-class will be equipped with system of night vision of such sensitivity to react to stealing a march animals; dynamic system of lighting using multidirectional light-emitting diodes; system of deduction of a lane and a new control system of a suspension bracket regulating shock-absorbers depending on road conditions.
While 5,5-liter V8 AMG E63 remains invariable, E500 and E550 will receive new 4,6-liter V8 in capacity of 435 horsepowers. E350 equipped with 3,5-liter V6 will have in capacity of 333 h.p. (302 h.p. on the previous version).
