New Era for Infiniti

Infiniti Q50, the successor of a growing old sedan of G37, at last made the debut on a motor show in Detroit, and though the first press photos of the car didn't make on us due impression, having seen it in a flesh, we have to recognize - the new rival of the 3rd series and a C-class is much more attractive, than we expected.

Sharp lines of the case add to elegant design a certain level of aggression, but don't go too far, as on some competing models. We especially liked the back wings giving to the car a sports view.

While externally Q50 hardly reminds the predecessor, the choice of engines will be familiar to admirers of brand.

When Q50 will arrive in showrooms dealers in the summer of this year, on a choice of clients will be offered or 3,7-liter V6, giving-out 328 h.p., or hybrid model, with the combined exit in 354 horsepowers. Similar hybrid installation is used in M35h, and, potentially, hybrid Q50 will be capable to disperse to the first hundred in 5,5 seconds, at a fuel consumption indicator in 8 liters on 100 km of a way. Both models are delivered with 7-step an automatic transmission, and will be available with the full drive. In a standard complete set the sedan will be equipped with the back drive.

Q50 release also marks itself the beginning of new strategy of an imenovaniye of the Infiniti cars, the company started by the new president - Johan De Nysschen.
