The German tuning studio Brabus presented an expanded programme of completions for the versatile person of Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake.
The package of completions includes modernization of a technical stuffing of model, salon furnish by new materials and installation of a new weather-cloth of the body which has passed tests in a wind tunnel. Details styling-kit, depending on modifications can be made of carbon fiber or more affordable Polyurethane plastic Pur-R-Rim.
Brabus set also offers completion of four engines of the versatile person: two petrol and two diesel. Return of motors of CLS 250 and 350 versions CDI increased on 31 and 48 horse forces – to 232 and 313 horsepowers respectively. Most powerful of these options is capable to disperse the car from scratch to hundred kilometers per hour in 5,9 seconds. The maximum speed of novelties is limited to electronics on a mark of 250 kilometers per hour.
Petrol CLS 500 and CLS 63 AMG options after completions will develop 500 and 619 horsepowers respectively – on 98 and 94 horsepowers more than at standard cars. Most powerful of them is capable to gather speed to 320 kilometers per hour, thus from scratch to hundred kilometers per hour the versatile person is accelerated in 4,2 seconds. Usual CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake reaches hundred kilometers per hour of everything for the one tenth seconds more slowly, and its maximum speed is limited on 250 kilometers per hour.
In addition, the program of completions of Brabus includes installation of the underestimated sports suspension bracket with the adjustable shock-absorbers, the Bilstein company developed together with engineers, differential on a back axis with 40 percent extent of blocking and more powerful brake mechanisms. Specialists of studio establish on the car 20-inch rims of Brabus Monoblock with tires of dimension 255/30 in front and 295/25 behind (Continental, Pirelli or Yokohama on a choice).
