The American Atelier Hennessey Performance Engineering presented two packages of completions for the SRT Viper supercar.
The first of them — 700R — will allow to increase return 640-strong (812 Nm) the V10 engine in volume 8,4 liters to 725 horsepowers (940 Nm). With the second, received the name 1000 Twin Turbo, engine capacity of the supercar will increase to 1120 horsepowers (1480 Nm).
The tuning program 700R includes modernization of a head of the block of cylinders, installation of new systems of an admission and release, block reprogramming by management by the motor, and also suspension bracket change-over. As options the additional aerodynamic elements which have been made of carbon fiber,, chairs with five-dot seat belts, an adjustable suspension bracket, systems of cooling of back differential and a firefighting, and also a safety framework are offered.
725-strong SRT Viper can be accelerated from scratch to 96 kilometers per hour in 3,1 seconds. In a mile quarter (402 meters) the compartment can overcome the Drag distance in 10,7 seconds, and speed of the car «on an exit» will make 214 kilometers per hour. The maximum speed of the car makes 347 kilometers per hour.
Version 1000 Twin Turbo is equipped with two turbochargers. Changes of the power plant of the supercar with this package of completions so deep that untouched remain only the block of cylinders and the crankshaft.
