Imperia GT


Company produced motorcycles and automobiles in 1904-58 years. After 50 years, the name Imperia was bought by Green Propulsion for just € 400, which had prepared for him a hybrid coupe in the retro style.





The Car got turbo diesel engine with 200 hp. with. (260 Nm) of joint production PSA Peugeot Citroen and BMW, and an electric power of 150 (350 Nm). This setup accelerates 1,200-pound car 0-100 km / h in 4.0 seconds and to a maximum of 216 km / h

Average fuel consumption shouldn't exceed 1,9 l / 100 km, emissions of carbon dioxide of 50 g/km. Only on electricity the car is capable to pass to 60 km, and charging of batteries takes 4,5 hours.

In Belgium Imperia GT costs €125 000, the first customers will receive the cars in the end of the year. Meanwhile, release of basic modification for €95 000 is planned. Circulation won't exceed 200 pieces a year.


The first four models Imperia Automobiles appeared on European roads in 1906. By the mid 30's the company to gain strength, including through the absorption of four Belgian automakers.However, in 1937 after 12 years of service from the company left a leading engineer and inventor Louis de Monge, and in the aviation industry at the invitation of Ettore Bugatti. Active brand Imperia Automobiles lasted until 1948, and the only reminder of it - a plant in Belgium, was closed in 1957
