Porsche 911 GT3

Considered as the most uncompromising member of Porsche 911 family, GT3 is something like a sacred cow for the most committed admirers of a brand. When business reaches racing cars, legal for public roads, it isn't enough what of them is capable to come nearer to GT3. And now we learn why.
The fifth generation of a sport car debuting on a motor show in Geneva, represents absolutely new direction in the development plan of the engine, a body, the chassis, and, of course, transmissions.

The last, however, didn't please to many fans though as explains video, use of a box of PDK with double coupling makes sense from the point of view of time of passing of a circle, and considering that GT3 is, in essence, the homologation car, we quite understand why Porsche came to such non-standard decision.

The rest of the car, meanwhile, speak for themselves. Peak power 3.8-liter six is 475 horsepower, and is generated at around 9000 rpm. As a result, the car accelerates to the first hundred in just 3.3 seconds on its way to a top speed of 315 km / h
